Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, right off the interstate and close to many attractions, but the room cleanliness and smell were major drawbacks.
The hotel seemed like it had potential with its close proximity to restaurants and the interstate, but unfortunately, the experience fell short due to noisy guests in the hallway until 4 am, long check-in lines, and a lingering smell. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and overall guest experience.
The hotel at 5500 Midland Road just south of the King Avenue West exit off Interstate 90 was in the old part and very loud, with bug nests in corners of the room until 10:30 am. The service, however, was outstanding, with staff accommodating our complaints about the towel, carpet, and shampoo bottles. The location was ideal to get around Billings, although it hasn't been updated since the early 90s. The breakfast buffet was a poor deal, and the hotel restaurant offerings were poor.
The room was a mix of comfort and disappointment - clean and extremely comfortable. However, it had hidden surprises like trash and a beer bottle behind the dresser that dampened the experience. The stay was special as it was a Valentine's Day getaway before our baby arrives.
The hotel was not what was advertised online, with a musky smell in the room and dull, faded carpets. The shower didn't get hot, and the jacuzzi tub had cracking and peeling in the corners, overall disappointing.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially as it was a special vacation just before our baby arrives. The room was cozy and close to the courtyard, which was perfect for Valentine's Day. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable, although the window opening only from the bottom was a bit inconvenient.
The hotel was a bit of a surprise. It wasn't an excellent value as the rooms were dirty with outdated decor. However, the service was always gracious and accommodating. The location was good for our plans, and the dining experience was considered expensive with small portions.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with cleanliness issues and A/C problems, but the service was satisfactory. The location was convenient, especially for pet owners, and the dining options could use some improvement.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not up to par with stained bedding and carpet, plus unwanted guests like spiders and grasshoppers. Heating was also an issue, making it feel like a run-down establishment. On the bright side, the service was friendly and quick, even though there was no compensation due to a city-wide problem.
The hotel is in a convenient location near Interstate 90, offering very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the service could use some improvement. Despite the need for a complete remodeling, the rooms are cozy and clean.
